Labor Law & Other Required Posters – Federal
Labor Law & Other Required Posters – State of IL

Effective January 1, 2015, an amendment to the Illinois Human Rights Act applies to create additional protections for pregnant employees. The new law requires all employers in Illinois to display a poster informing their employees of their rights under this new law.  The new poster is page 9 of our downloadable state poster set.

In order to meet posting requirements, an employer must post the English version of the new poster in a conspicuous location on the premises of the employer where notices are customarily posted. An employer may also post a Spanish version of the poster, but may not post the Spanish version in lieu of the English version.
